Welcome to Wrong Direction: Reflex Game (the “Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Use of the Game
The Game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Game in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Game, except where prohibited by law.
- You will not modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part of it without permission.
- You will not use cheats, automation tools, bots, or other unauthorized methods to manipulate gameplay or results.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Game.
2. Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated content (including but not limited to graphics, UI, game mechanics, audio, text, logos, and code) are owned by GoLab and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
3. Advertisements
The Game may display advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, consent preferences, and applicable laws.
We do not control third-party ads and are not responsible for their content. Any interaction with advertisers is between you and the advertiser.
4. Updates & Changes
We may update the Game to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also change or discontinue parts of the Game at any time.
5. No Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or device malfunction arising from or related to your use of the Game.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the Game is discontinued.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates when the latest version becomes effective. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
